Àkójọpọ̀ Presents: The Third Annual Taste of Nigeria
In Partnership Umu Igbo United
A Night of Food, Music & Culture and Fundraising
About The Event
After two years, Àkójọpọ̀ is proud to bring Taste of Nigeria back for its third annual celebration. This one-of-a-kind fundraiser returns to Chicago as a fully immersive cultural experience — blending the bold flavors, vibrant rhythms, and living artistry of African cultural experience into one unforgettable evening.
This year's edition takes a meaningful step forward, placing a special focus on the richness of Igbo art music and highlife traditions, honoring Igbo's cultural depth, storytelling power, and growing global influence. In partnership with Umu Igbo United, we invite our community and newcomers alike to witness, taste, and feel the beauty of Nigerian heritage.
