Àkójọpọ̀ is offering a unique remote National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) internship for passionate, self-driven Corps Members who are eager to develop careers at the intersection of arts, culture, and social impact. This opportunity is designed to build practical skills and leadership capacity in the creative sector, with a focus on preparing the next generation of arts administrators in Nigeria. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute across key areas such as Arts Administration, Marketing & Media, Development & Fundraising, Publishing, and Education & Community Engagement—gaining hands-on experience while supporting a global, Pan-African arts movement.
Minimum Requirements
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience in arts administration, events planning, or nonprofits (a plus, not required)
- Passionate about Pan-African music and culture
- Comfortable using Google Suite and other administrative tools
- Sales or music publishing experience is a bonus
- Interdisciplinary thinkers welcome—whether your background is in music, business, education, or culture
- Own personal Laptop
